Our corals checked the night before and the day of shipping to ensure it is healthy. If for some reason your corals does not survive the trip you will receive a credit towards another order. You must contact us to let us know of DOA corals within 4 hours of delivery! Pictures are needed of the corals in the bag (if bag is cloudy), or in the tank if it’s not doing well. This credit will be valid for 6 months. There is no refund on shipping charges under any circumstances. We are not responsible for errors in acclimation or general care and husbandry of the coral. If you need any assistance or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us! In some rare cases your credit may depend on pictures of the expired coral, or we may request coral skeletons be sent back to us. Charge backs for the entire shipment including shipping without contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud. We may ask to allow corals 1-2 weeks to recover from shipping stressed before determining DOAs. Many corals may recover quickly from shipping stress. If possible we will ship replacement coral with another order.
